Conditions of Use

Please Note that by ordering goods from us you will be making contracts with us. There are terms which will apply to every order you may make as follows :-
1. If you are buying goods for your own personal use then you are a "consumer" as defined in English Law. .
2. NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
3. If you are buying goods for re-sale to others then :-
(a) you do so on your own behalf and not as agent or distributor for us
(b) you do not have any authority from us to make any claims about the performance or abilities or characteristics of the products other than those which appear on the product or its packaging.
c) We reserve the right not to sell to you
4. You may copy and paste any images or text for your own personal use
5. We will always try to deliver goods ordered by you on the dates requested but we will not be liable in any way if we are unable to do so when requested or at all if the reason for delay or non-delivery is beyond our reasonable control
6. All sales are final once despatched. We do not accept any returns except in the event of a fault. Our profit margins are extremely low to allow you to make maximum profits. Therefore you should build into your business model to allow for returns.
7. You must become a member to purchase any of our stock once you have joined you can then purchase our goods
